I was happy to learn that Somatosphere made the list of top 10 (really 12) anthropology blogs — the result of a survey put together by Jason Antrosio at Anthropology Report. Thanks to Jason for putting this together. We’re in great company on the list, with excellent sites such as Savage Minds, Neuroanthropology, John Hawks Weblog and many others.
Following up on last week’s list of book reviews, research reports and other pieces from 2011, I wanted to put together a list of “In the Journals” and “Web-roundups” summaries from last year. A huge thanks to all of the contributors who have done such an excellent job on these pieces and to Aaron Seaman and Erin Koch, who edit “In the Journals” and “Web-roundups” respectively.
