Sabina Vassileva

Sabina Vassileva is a PhD student at Charles University in Prague and a junior researcher at the Institute of Sociology of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Their doctoral research explores hormonal intra-actions in metabolic diseases and how emerging metabolic technologies reshape the translation of gendered embodiments into metabolic care. Their research interests lie at the intersection of medical anthropology, STS and queer and trans theory.
