Sara E. Fischer

Sara E. Fischer, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Public Health at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA, USA. Her research focuses on health policy and systems at the national level in Malawi and at the global level. She studies processes of aid and global governance as well as how such policies impact service delivery on the ground. Sara's work is mainly qualitative and ethnographic in nature.
